ORDINARY MEMBER/ AFFILIATE MEMBER/ ASSOCIATION MEMBER
Any person, firm or company carrying on business related to the textile and apparel industry in Malaysia is eligible to apply as an Ordinary Member of MATAC.
A lawfully established or incorporated firm or company, organization, institution in Malaysia or individual Malaysian, who is able to contribute towards the objectives of MATAC is eligible to apply as an Affiliate Member of MATAC.
A lawfully established association of persons, firms or companies manufacturing textiles in Malaysia is eligible to apply as an Association Member of MATAC.

PROCEDURE FOR APPLICATION:
Application for membership should be made by completing the application form (page 1 & page 2) and enclosing the following documents:
- A certified copy of the company's registration license
- A certified true copy of Form 24 and Form 49
- A certified copy of the company's Memorandum and Articles of Association (M&A)
- A photostat copy of Identity Card for Individual Member (MATAC)
All the above documents should be submitted to the Executive Director, Malaysian Textile And Apparel Centre, C-9-4, Megan Avenue 1, 189 Jalan Tun Razak, 50400 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
A crossed cheque for the total amount of the annual subscription and entrace fee should be payable to Malaysian Textile And Apparel Centre.
Applicants experiencing difficulty in finding a proposer and seconder from existing MATAC members are to contact the MATAC Secretariat for assistance. Should you have any further enquiries in connection with your application, please do not hesitate to contac MATAC Secretariat.
Note: The rates specified above are rates currently in force. However, the MATAC Council has the discretionary powers to vary them from time to time, depending on circumstances.
